Reason started out in a funny roundabout kind of way. The jazz ensemble that I run at school were having a one-chord jam session and I said this needs a rap, can any of you rap? (Embarrassed students avoiding the looks of the teacher who thinks he's cool.) Anyway, I came up with some words for it, a state of the world rappish kind of vocal. I expanded the initial one chord idea and here we have a song. It's got a lot of hooks in it; and a cool video that you can watch on my jackhoward1958 youtube channel.
